your order. We'll send you a prompt refund or replacement,
whichever you prefer. Gianna’s is not responsible for damaged
product received through a third party carrier (UPS, Fedx or
USPS), which is out of our control. Gianna’s is not responsible
for shipments undeliverable as a result of incorrect address
information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to
receive the package on the day you specify that it should be
delivered. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable.
